Located in the heart of Bangkok’s Central Business District, the Bangkok office works closely with our partners in Thailand’s financial services industry. With a list of over 40 domestic clients and a range of solutions, DST Global Solutions is focused on continued growth in Thailand. Based over 8 floors of the Fenix Tower in Bangkok’s CBD, DST Global Solutions Thailand offers a full range of solutions, covering Investment Management and Accounting, Business Process Management and Workflow and Trading Solutions.

DST Global Solutions has years of experience working with our local partners to implement and support our solutions. Our consultants are experts in understanding and analyzing domestic market challenges, and providing solutions. In addition to offering solutions in Thailand, DST Global Solutions also offers the services of our Bangkok Offshoring Centre (BOC) to clients in the Asia region and beyond.

In 2001, DST Global Solutions established the Bangkok Offshoring Centre (BOC) in Thailand’s capital. Since then rapid growth has taken the BOC from 25 full time staff to over 550, and it continues to expand. The objective of the BOC is to provide professional workflow and IT support and development services to clients and other companies within the DST Group. The BOC is DST Global Solutions major Global software and solution Development Centre (GDC) in the Asia region.

The BOC provides a powerful tool to the DST Group and our partners through continued product development and support services. The Centre is open 24/7 and through our state of the art Problem Tracking System (PTS) we can respond quickly and effectively to our clients needs.

The Offshoring Centre also now provides support for clients outside of DST Global Solutions' solutions, working closely with a number of clients to provide them with a full suite of IT Support and Outsourcing services. Moving these processes to our professional staff allows companies to focus on their key goals while allowing them more comprehensive support and increased productivity and profitability.

DST Global Solutions Thailand Sales and Origination Team consists of experienced and dedicated Sales and Origination Executives and Consultants. Support

The Bangkok Support Centre and Help Desk is staffed by multilingual product and technical experts. Like all DST Global Solutions Support Centers, Thailand’s state of the art facility is linked online, in real-time, to our worldwide Support Network, via our automated Problem Tracking System (PTS). This allows us to constantly monitor and evaluate all aspects of our clients’ business process, and work together to provide more effective and efficient solutions.

Our office is located in downtown Bangkok and is easy to get to by car, train or taxi.
