DST Output, specialists in combining transactional print and proactive marketing messages, will produce monthly invoices using its Multibill service for the company's growing customer base.  

With over 24,000 distributors, and approaching 300,000 customers, The Utility Warehouse, provides households and businesses throughout the UK with discounted landline phone, mobile phones, broadband, gas and electricity. The new invoices will provide customers with one convenient, clear and concise monthly bill.

Clifford Wetherall, Technical Operations and Billing Director of Telecom plus PLC stated that the new look invoices have significantly improved customer services:

DST Output's innovative White Paper Solution has eliminated the need for pre-print and gives The Utility Warehouse great flexibility in the use of colour and graphics in its invoices, which assists with layout and legibility, and is also very useful when the company wishes to use areas of the invoice for promotional purposes.
