The award was presented in recognition of the ti, effort, and resource invested in training at the UK’s leading TransPromo specialist’s offices across the country and the results achieved. Special mention was made of the Skills Calculator; a tool developed to recognise staff’s commitment to personal development and in turn produce appropriate rewards.
DST Output was also highly commended for its innovative employee development programme through the Fast Track initiative; a management development programme which ensures succession opportunities are available for all staff. This is further reward for the firm who were winners of the 2007 Excellence Award for Lean Manufacturing.
