Since joining DSTi Output in 2003, Tim has propelled the company to the top of its field doubling its revenue and winning a number of significant contracts. He also implemented a number of unique business processes including 100% Service Level Agreements - an industry first.
Regarded as a business turn around specialist with particular experience in taking in house operations into commercial businesses, Tim recognises the importance of having the right team behind him, which is why he worked to develop the ‘Fast Track' training programme. Currently in its third successful year, the course is designed to provide selected employees with an overview of the essential elements of a business as well as in-depth personal development - aimed at helping them become managers of the future.
Seven criteria for success were identified by Tim and Training and Development Manager Jon Ward in order to help recognise the most deserved employees to undertake the course. The key criteria identified includes: energy, ambition, commitment to personal development, challenging the norm, innovative vision coupled with pragmatic analysis, willingness to stand accountable for decisions and the ability to influence business culture.
The course has been so successful that Bristol Business School has officially recognised the training scheme and has helped to design a final module which the graduates can use as credit towards a BA in Business Leadership.
Tim is available for comment and interview regarding the development of ‘Fast Track' training.
